Pitching requirements:
Please follow the pitching requirements emailed to you on the morning of your arrival.
Gazebos / event shelters:
If your booking includes a gazebo, please ensure you pitch your gazebo in front of your unit.
Awnings:
To protect the grass, awnings can be erected for a maximum of two weeks.
Arrival/departure times:
Arrive 2pm-8pm, Depart by 11am please.
Anyone arriving after dusk may be asked to pitch in our late arrivals area for the night.
Early arrival from midday available @ £5 per pitch and should be pre-booked.
Late departure until 4pm available Sun to Thurs @ £10 per pitch.
Campfires & barbeques:
Campfires are only permitted in firepits on legs. Please use three bricks beneath the belly (middle) of all firepits and barbecues. Bricks are provided beside the metal ash bins in the camping fields. Please return them after use. All campfires and barbeques must be completely extinguished by 10:30pm. Please allow ash to cool before disposing it in the metal bins provided. During extreme hot and dry weather, we may need to impose a temporary ban on campfires and disposable barbecues due to the increased risk of wildfires.
Firepits are available to hire and we sell bags of logs.

Noise:
Please keep general noise to a reasonable level at all times and to an absolute minimum after 11pm. Groups in particular are reminded that late at night noise can be very intrusive to those around you.
Dogs:
Dogs are welcome but must be on a lead at all times, except when in the designated dog exercising field. They must not foul the campsite or cause a disturbance, and must not be left unattended. Maximum of 2 dogs per pitch, no banned breeds.
Children's Playground:
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst using the play equipment. The playground is open from 9am to dusk or 9pm, whichever is sooner. To ensure the campsite is peaceful in the mornings and evenings, particularly for those pitched beside the playground, parents are responsible for ensuring their children do not use the playground outside of these times.
Games field:
No ball games to be played on the camping fields. Please use games field provided with football goals and badminton / volleyball net.
Rubbish:
Rubbish and recycling bins are provided. Please take large items of rubbish away with you. Do not leave broken camping gear, chairs, cardboard, etc. Only general food waste and packaging is to be disposed of in our bins.
Visitors:
Due to limited parking, we encourage guests to meet friends and family offsite. We have a small visitor car park which can be used for short visits of up to one hour, subject to availability. If you wish to have day visitors there is a charge of £5 per person. Visitors must be booked onto the site using the Order Form link on the Prices & Booking page of our website www.follyfarmcaravanpark.com
Vehicle charging prohibited on campsite:
Our system cannot support EV charging. Plugging your EV into our system could damage your vehicle as well as our electrical system. There are many charging points in and around Winchester which we will include details of in your arrival email.
Cancellations:
If you cancel your booking 28 days or more before the arrival date, all monies will be refunded less a £20 administration fee.
If less than 28 days notice is given, no refund will be made.
Should you need to change the dates of your booking, you may do so up to 2 weeks before your arrival to another available date within the same season, subject to a £20 administration fee per pitch.
We are unable to alter booking dates with less than 2 weeks notice.
